I've got something very important to tell you...

You're just too good to be true.
Can't take my eyes off you.
You'd be like Heaven to touch.
I wanna hold you so much.
At long last love has arrived
And I thank God I'm alive.
You're just too good to be true.
Can't take my eyes off you.

Pardon the way that I stare.
There's nothing else to compare.
The sight of you leaves me weak.
There are no words left to speak,
But if you feel like I feel,
Please let me know that it's real.
You're just too good to be true.
Can't take my eyes off you.

I love you, baby,
And if it's quite alright,
I need you, baby,
To warm a lonely night.
I love you, baby.
Trust in me when I say:
Oh, pretty baby,
Don't bring me down, I pray.
Oh, pretty baby, now that I found you, stay
And let me love you, baby.
Let me love you.

You're just too good to be true.
Can't take my eyes off you.
You'd be like Heaven to touch.
I wanna hold you so much.
At long last love has arrived
And I thank God I'm alive.
You're just too good to be true.
Can't take my eyes off you.

I love you, baby,
And if it's quite alright,
I need you, baby,
To warm a lonely night.
I love you, baby.
Trust in me when I say:
Oh, pretty baby,
Don't bring me down, I pray.
Oh, pretty baby, now that I found you, stay..

And that, my friends, is all that needs to be said.

More of an update on previous blog.

So as most of you know, I finally have internet at my place.

YES. HALLELUJAH!

Sorry for such a short blog last time, but I was too excited to really have the time to update you guys on what's been going on.

I mean can you blame me?

These last couple of weeks were pretty bad. Torturous even. Imagine not having internet. For two weeks. Ok, well that's a lie since I did have internet. Just not at my place. But nothing beats home sweet home. Or would that be home sweet internet in my case?

Either way, I am just relieved to have this whole ordeal over with. And you guys are probably wondering why it took me so freakin long to have this situation settled.

Well, it's NOT MY FAULT! Ok, well I guess it is partially my fault. But let me just tell you the details.

I told you that the technician came to install the internet about two weeks ago. He found out during the installation that the line (which is the cable line they use to connect to provide t.v., internet) in my apt apparently wasn't working. So he said that I have to call Comcast to have them set up a prepost (which is an appointment to have a new line installed). So I did, and they told me they would contact me within 48 hrs to have that set up. So I waited. 48 hrs came and went. They never called me back. So I called again. This lady on the other line told me to call this other number. Which I did. And no one picked up. So I left a message. Never called me back. Called and left another message. Still nothing. And keep in mind, I was still being pretty patient at this time. I figured they were bound to get back to me sooner or later.

But a week came and went. And now I was starting to get anxious. Really anxious. Meanwhile I was still having to use the library's internet and frankly, was getting pretty tired of it.

So I finally called them again. Hopefully for the last time. The lady who picked up told me that the technician who came to install the internet should have set up that prepost himself, not the customer. So I'm thinking, great. Now what?

Let me just tell you that thank god some of the customer service reps actually know what they're talking about and can be helpful. Extremely helpful in my case. She set up another appointment for me to have another technician stop by. And THAT technician found out my line was working fine, it was just the line wasn't turned on to actually be used. And the rest, as they say, is history.

Yes, it is over. The situation has been resolved. A lot of words were said and a lot of tears were cried. Ok, maybe no tears but you get the idea.

So that's my story pretty much. I figured this blog post is already long enough without me having to tell you the "normal" stuff that's happened to me. So I'll just leave it here for now. And I'm glad to be back and fully functioning again. Now to concentrate on school and the important stuff. But I am expecting one of those late night skype calls to occur *cough cough* soon in the future.

I mean I'm back! That's the least I deserve don't you think? :)

Situation? Really fucking bad (Sorry for language)

You know that feeling you get when you feel helpless and can't do anything to resolve a situation? Like the whole thing's gone completely out of hands and no matter what you do, things don't get any better?

Well, it has now been a week (and counting) that I STILL do not have internet set up at my place and I'm not even close to resolving that problem. The Comcast people never called me back about setting up a new line and I even called them to check with them my situation. But all I could do was leave a message and hope someone contact me back.

Fat chance of that happening.

So right now I am at the library typing this, and while I am fortunate that my school does provide me some things worth paying tuition for, it doesn't beat the comfort of your own home.

And I really wanted to show you guys my new place. Well, not that it's anything special...

The past week has been pretty mundane other than my internet situation. Like I mentioned, class has started for me and it seems this semester won't be nearly as bad as previous ones. On Friday night I went over to a friend's place and played brawl for over 3 hrs, literally. Haha, well I guess college kids can be nerds too. :) Seriously I played so much that I pretty much got sick of it, if you can believe it, by the end. Even though I was owning most of the time. :) Other than that, it was nice hanging with my college buds again. They just seem so much more mature and i dunno...cool than some of the recent people I've met online. No worries guys, I'm not talking about those who read my blog, but some of the other...ustreamers....and kj.com people. Yeah, you'll know what I'm talking about.

Oh and apparently Ustream doesn't work with the school computers here...Well I guess no one goes on there anymore :( But if they do, kindly inform them that the ducks have flown south for the fall (?) and will migrate back ASAP. :)

Alright that's it for now, talk to you guys soon.

P.S. I am anxiously waiting for that video of yours, Sarah :)

A quickie for ya

Ok, so right now I am sitting in my school's computer labs typing this up. Why am in the computer lab you ask? Well I'll shall tell you. But not right now.

I actually have class in like 30 min, so I'll have to keep this short. Basically the last couple of days culminated in this: NO FREAKIN INTERNET! STILL!

Ok, so the guy comes to install the internet and finds out that my cable line to my apartment doesn't seem to work. What does that mean? Well, it means I have to install a new line. Yep. And that means waiting another day or two for another guy to come in and do that.

....Can you say ARGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH?????

So yes, I have now been living in this apt for the past week and still am internet-less...sigh...

But on the bright side, I won 5 bucks from poker! Yay! I guess that means those long hours of playing fb poker payed off huh? Lol.

So yeah, that's my situation currently and I hope to be connected soon. I know you miss me guys and it's tough to go through life without that resident duck companion of yours. But try to hold on ok?

Talk to you foos soon.
